Softlips promo went live at 4, but there is such a high demand their servers crashed.
PLEASE be patient any time this happens when a company is trying to give products away. It bothers me so much when people start whining & complaining about issues like this and suggesting that companies need to pay for better servers. It may be a hassle, but just refresh the page every once in awhile. And if that's not an option for you, than just skip this promo and try to be grateful that at least companies offer these types of freebies
