UPDATE: I just read they are giving 457,000 of these away, so don't fret if you can't submit request. Just come back later & they'll prolly still be available (it does surprise new freebie hunters how quickly these go / how many requests promos get, but this is a lot so should be availabile for several hours).
Target frequently offers some great freebies (usually beauty related). The site/app is running very slowly, so please be patient and refresh as needed.
