These things are GREAT! I love the concept of the netti pot, but have trouble pouring water in my nose. These sinus rinse bottles make it so much easier. I've gotten several of these (from NeilMed & WaterPik) and recommended them or given them to everyone I know that has sinus problems. Trust me, these things work...it's just a matter of remembering to do it (they work best when used on a regular basis).
