Coinbase has several "Learn and Earn" opportunities to make real money...and a fairly good bit of it easily. How does the referral program work?

Any catches?

There are a few things to keep in mind when using our awesome referral program.

1. You MUST use your personalized referral link to refer your friends. If you don’t, you won’t get paid (no exceptions). Sure, we love when you tell your friends about us over drinks. Blast how much you saved in your newsfeed. But unless a friend uses your link, we can’t pay you for the referral.
2. You get paid when your friend takes the test drive and qualifies for a quote, whether they choose to purchase a policy or not. Unfortunately, we don’t pay for referrals when the friend does not qualify for a quote, but the more friends you refer, the more chances you’ll have to get paid!
3. Bonuses are not available for senders and receivers who are on the same policy.

Do I have to have an insurance policy with Root to refer someone?

Its been awhile...blog's going to have whole new focus!

So its been nearly 2 years since I've posted anything and sad to say, the "freebie hunting" days I used to (try) to keep people posted about are gone...or at least is isn't the easy, daily, tons of companies giving away all types of things, free for all that it was when I started this. (holy s**t, I just looked and realized that was nearly 10 years ago, w/ 1st freebie listing being May 2010)

Anyway, my point is those days are gone but I do very much have new focus and a whole bunch of info to share that will be beneficial to both of us. And if you're like most people (nearly everyone excluding myself & husband), you probably have friends, family, co-workers and/or utilize social media which means you could actually make some meaningful money doing nothing more than sharing links.
